Over the years, there has been serious debates and misconception about female orgasm in relationship. This has been one of the most trending issue on social media and all fingers have pointed to men as culprits for orgasmic disorder in women and i have decided to burst our bubble because of this emotional blackmail. Orgasm is not a man's sole duty during sex. How quickly do we forget the 50/50 rule when it comes to sex. So, before you accuse your man of not giving you orgasm, do a self check and ask yourself if your effort is what makes your man ejaculate during sex. Orgasm is a body function and men do not have vaginas. It is your body, so you should know it better and navigate it however you want. Sex require 50/50 effort from both men and women.

Orgasm is a climax of sexual excitement characterized by feelings of pleasure centered in the genitals. The intense or paroxysmal excitement especially: the rapid pleasurable release of neuromuscular tentions at the height of sexual arousal that is usually accompanied by ejaculation of semen in the male and by vaginal contractions in the female. Orgasm is the peak of sexual pleasure.

During an orgasm, blood flow to the genital increases, causing them to become more sensitive. As arousal increases, a person's heart rate, blood pressure and breathing rate may also increase. As orgasm approaches, the muscle may twitch or spasm. Many women experience rhythmic muscle spasm in the vagina during orgasm. Many women are able to have another orgasm after resolution, whereas men usually require a period of rest before having another orgasm. It should also be noted that not everyone can achieve orgasm, either with a partner or ever, and that's okay. The fun of sex is in the exploration, which encompasses so much more than climax.

TYPES OF ORGASM:

There are many types of orgasm, but i will elucidate on the five common orgasms which are clitoral orgasm, vaginal orgasm, anal orgasm, combo orgasm and erogenous orgasm.

CLITORAL ORGASM- This is when orgasm is felt on the surface of the body, like your skin and in your brain.

VAGINAL ORGASM- This is when orgasm is felt deeper in the body and can easily be felt by the parson penetrating the vaginal because the vaginal wall will pulse.

ANAL ORGASM- This happens before you orgasm, you may feel the need to pee, but the contractions definitely won't be be felt around the genitals, instead, it is felt around the anal sphincter.

COMBO ORGASM- This is when the vagina, particularly the G-spot and the clitoris are stimulated at the same time, it tends to result in a more explosive movie-style orgasm that may have convulsing or literally ejaculation or squirting.

EROGENOUS ORGASM- This is when lesser known parts of your body, such as ears, nipples, neck, elbow or knee can cause a pleasurable reaction when kissed and played with. For more sensitive people, continuous play may lead to an orgasm.

Some women suffer sexual dysfunction that can inhibit them from achieving orgasm due to stress, drug use, alcohol consumption, tobacco use, bicycling, or relationship factors. Sexual dysfunctions can be sexual pain disorder, sexual arousal disorder, orgasmic disorder or hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD).

SEXUAL PAIN DISORDER- This is called "Dyspareunia". It is defined as genital pain that may occur before, during, or after vaginal penetration, thus interfering with sexual intercourse and causing marked personal distress and /or interpersonal difficulty.

SEXUAL DESIRE DISORDER- This is a psychiatric condition marked by lack of desire for sexual activity over a prolonged period.

SEXUAL AROUSAL DISORDER-- This is a persistent reduced interest in or arousal during sexual activity.

HYPOACTIVE SEXUAL DESIRE DISORDER (HSDD)- This is when a woman has a low libido or low sexual desire and bothered by this lack of interest in sex. Sometimes, a woman wants sex, and sometimes she doesn't. that normal, but when she has low sexual desire and interest in sex that bothers her, she has HSDD, which is the absence of sexual fantasy and thoughts, and /or desire for or receptivity to sexual activity that causes the personal distress or difficulties in her relationship.

In conclusion, many men have reportedly died of cardiac arrest during sexual activities due to enhancement drug overdose in attempts to satisfy women and win the orgasm medal. Sex should be enjoyed and shouldn't end in tragedy. Inasmuch as it is expected of men to be considerate and mindful that women may take longer to achieve orgasm and so, prolong foreplay during sexual activities, they should not be blackmailed for female sexual dysfunction. It takes two...

Sex is a two way stream between two partners that require equal performance. if a man can can achieve his ejaculation, a woman is also expected to achieve her orgasm as team work without blaming lack of orgasm on the other person. if you can achieve orgasm through masturbation, you ought to make such effort during sexual intercourse with your partner to achieve the big "O".

Communication, emotional connection and sexual compatibility are factors that must not be taken for granted in relationship. Being with someone you're emotionally connected with can creates sexually compatibility which makes communication easier during sexual activities. A lot of woman do not enjoy sex because they're too shy to communicate with their partner. Women must first know their body and what works for them. Let's not get it twisted. not all sex result in orgasm no matter how you try. When you're truly into someone, you can have enjoyable sex escapades that may not result in orgasm and you will be happy.

Emotional connection, sexual compatibility and communication are the first lubricating factors for sex. Sex is more fulfilling with someone you truly love: With or without orgasm.

Aje, you're right! It all depends on chemistry. Circumcision doesn't inhibit orgasm. It may delay it.
